You're ordering a custom piece of handmade pottery,. We'll do our best to create your one of a kind piece in a timely manner but sometimes delays happen. If your order does take longer than expected we would appreciate your understanding.
Because all of our pottery is handmade and we offer a wide variety of shapes, sizes and personalization, we reserve the right to make subtle changes such as glazes or fonts due to technical, aesthetic or legibility reasons without notification to the the customer.
Symmetrical Pottery shall be held harmless as the result of damage or injury through the use or misuse of their pottery or tile.
